When I print preview my document the first 2 lines of the next page appear on
the previous page and messes up the layout of my document. When I print
document it comes out incorrectly like in the print preview.

For example in a 2 pages document the first 2 lines of pages 2 would be
pushed up to the bottom of page 1.

In order to fix it I need to go through the whole document and put pages
breaks in and mess with the layout to get it exactly how I like.

How can I get it so that the print preview and normal view of the page match?

I am using Office 2007 and Vista Business.

Having nonprinting characters and especially Hidden text (which includes TC
and XE fields) displayed can make a tremendous difference in pagination.
