Hello, I'm trying to create a word document with those little lines as a
notebook, because I have to copy these outlines into them and then take some
more notes in class... Would ya'll any reconmendations... please.

Probably the easiest way is to insert a table with one wide column and
enough rows to fill the space. If you want, you can go to Table >
Table Properties and, on the Rows tab, set the row height to some
minimum size such as 0.25 in. In the Format > Borders & Shading
dialog, turn off the vertical borders and leave just the horizontal
ones.
